About Our Auto Hail Damage Repair Process

Contact your insurance company to initiate the claim process and set up an assessment with an adjuster. If you prefer, one of our members would be happy to help you with filing the claim. After your insurance provider inspects your vehicle, they will provide you with corresponding insurance paperwork for your claim.

Once you discover that your automobile has been damaged by hail and you've contacted your insurance company, get in touch with Auto Hail Specialists, as we will be your advocate through the entire repair process. Auto Hail Specialists works with all insurance firms. We will schedule a time to begin the repair of your vehicle. If you do not have rental car insurance, we can provide you with a car at no additional expense.

Please bring a copy of your insurance paperwork to your appointment to verify the insurance provider has provided proper repair values, and all damage was included in the claim. Should we find any discrepancies between our assessment and that of the insurance company, we will supplement the claim. We do this to protect you and make sure your repairs are covered. Once your supplement is approved, we will begin the repair of your automobile and order any parts that require replacing.

Following the repair work, our owners will thoroughly inspect all repairs to make sure they are up to Auto Hail Specialists standards. Your car will then be washed and ready for you to pick up!
